Fifteen years in the food and beverage industry has only begun to fuel Heather’s thirst for knowledge and passion of food and wine. Influential in building the reputation and clientele for one of Canada’s leading organic wineries, Heather is eager to expand her expertise in the world of wine with Seacove Group.
Heather spent two years in the Tourism Diploma Program at Camosun College in Victoria BC. Then went on to manage at Panorama Mountain Village one of Intrawests' premier resorts. After some time Heather’s love of the ocean brought her back to Victoria were she managed at Fireside Grill, served at such restaurants as Camilles and Dock 503 and then moved on to a career with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. Heather is in her third year at the Bengal Lounge in the world renowned Empress hotel where she spends her evenings and works for Seacove during the day.
