A hospitality and wine trade veteran of 17 years, Paul has taught at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, served as wine buyer for a major hotel and provided consulting services for many restaurants and wine retail stores. With wine as his muse, Paul is an active member of Slowfood and The Society of Wine Educators. The consummate vinophile, Paul uses Seacove California Selections and The Seacove Group as instruments through which his passion for wine can be shared.
